⚠️ CAUTION ⚠️ This dish will have you going back for more and more, and MORE! Balsamic, bacon, crispy brussels.
Wash and dry brussels, dice in fourths.
Place the quarters into a bowl and leave the loose leaves on the cutting board (this is important)
Toss the quarters in olive oil, salt and pepper and add to the air fryer. Cook for 15/20 minutes on 375, shaking the basket every few minutes.
When the brussels are just about done and crispy, add the loose leaves to the air fryer. Toss to incorporate. Keep an eye and shake until it’s reached your desired crispness.
Cut up a few slices of bacon and pan fry. Set aside. Wipe the pan clean, add shallots, balsamic vinegar, coconut aminos and crushed red pepper flakes.
Let the sauce reduce.
Combine the brussels, bacon and sauce.
Serve and enjoy!
