Friday night fakeout/takeout. Shrimp and 𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 with #traderjoes hot pepper sauce. 🔈Say it with me, RICED CAULIFLOWER! This is not “rice”

Directions:
Rinse and pat shrimp dry.
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
Sear in a hot pan until done. Set aside.
Sauté diced onions, garlic, peppers and add cauliflower. Tip: keep the pan hot!
Add garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper.
Add crushed red pepper flakes.
Add a splash or three of coconut aminos (or soy sauce).
Once the riced cauli is heated all the way through and any liquid is absorbed push everything to one side of the pan.
Add sesame oil and add a scrambled egg.
Scramble and slowly incorporate w/the cauli.
Add the shrimp and season to taste.
Serve + enjoy!
